These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and participation in the Freedom Operating System.
Your agreement is with Fortuna One Pty Ltd (ABN 16 695 206 681) in relation to the sale, purchase administration and payment arrangements for the Course, and with LimitlessX (ABN 88 692 740 597) in relation to the delivery of the Course.
By purchasing the Freedom Operating System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Fortuna One” means Fortuna One Pty Ltd (ABN 16 695 206 681).
“Training Provider” means LimitlessX (ABN 88 692 740 597).
“we”, “us” and “our” means Fortuna One and/or the Training Provider, as applicable to the relevant provision of these Terms, and includes their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and service providers, where applicable.
“you” and “your” means the person purchasing or participating in the Freedom Operating System.
“Course” means Freedom Operating System, including the training, educational content, workshop and other inclusions described in these Terms.
“Transaction” means your purchase of the Course.
1. AGREEMENT
1.1
Your purchase of the Course constitutes an agreement between you and us on the basis of these Terms & Conditions.
1.2
Fortuna One is responsible for the sale and administration of the Course, including:
purchase arrangements;
payment processing; and
cancellation and refund support.
LimitlessX (Training Provider) is responsible for delivering the Course and its associated:
training;
education;
workshop; and
support.
1.3 Live Event
Where you attended a Fortuna One live event, you acknowledge and agree that:
the event was a private live event conducted by Fortuna One for attendees interested in education, training, personal development, business, investment and/or related opportunities;
you were made aware of the Course and that, during or in connection with the event, attendees may be offered the opportunity to purchase or enrol in further education, training, programs, courses, coaching, products or services offered by Fortuna One or its related or associated providers;
you were informed in advance of the applicable event date and venue, being:
Sydney: Afterpay Arena, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW — 22–23 September 2026; or
Perth: Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000 — 25 September 2026;
for the duration of the applicable event, Fortuna One was using the relevant venue as its usual place of business, from which it conducted its business and promoted, offered and enrolled participants into the Course and/or other education, training, programs or services;
you voluntarily entered and attended the relevant venue and were under no obligation to purchase the Course or any other product, service, education, training, program or course offered by Fortuna One;
any decision to purchase or enrol in the Course or any other product, service, education, training, program or course was made by you voluntarily and at your own discretion; and
before completing any purchase, you had the opportunity to consider and investigate the Course, its suitability for you and the terms of the Transaction.
For the avoidance of doubt, this clause applies to purchases made at or in connection with the relevant live event. A purchase made after the event, including a purchase made through a website or following a telephone conversation with a Fortuna One team member, is governed by the cancellation rights set out in clause 5.
2. PAYMENT
2.1
The purchase price for Freedom Operating System is:
Paid in Full: AUD $997.
Payment Plan: Not available.
2.2
As the Course is available by Paid in Full purchase only, no payment plan or instalment arrangement applies.
2.3
You remain responsible for making payment of the purchase price when due.

3. COURSE INCLUSIONS
3.1
Freedom Operating System includes:
2–day live event with Paul Siderovski
Day One: Wealth, with the Financial Freedom Dashboard.
Day Two: Wealth, Life & Business
Access to the Freedom Facts
3.2
Unless otherwise specified, access to the Course and its relevant inclusions commences from the date of your Transaction, and you will have 12 months from the date of purchase to access inclusions listed in 3.1.
3.3
Course inclusions are provided through a combination of:
live events;
online platforms;
digital content;
workshops; and
other delivery methods.
3.4
We may enhance, update, or improve the Course from time to time, where we consider that doing so will improve the Course experience, functionality, quality, or value for you.
Any such changes may include:
additional content;
additional resources;
additional features;
new or enhanced technology;
additional support; or
other benefits designed to enhance the Course.
Where a particular Course component is provided by a third party, its availability, functionality, content, features and delivery may also be subject to change by that third party.
3.5
Any bonuses provided in addition to the inclusions listed in 3.1 are provided by Fortuna One.

4. REQUIREMENTS OF PURCHASE
4.1
A name, contact number and unique email address will be required for each Freedom Operating System purchase.
4.2
You are responsible for having:
a suitable internet connection; and
any compatible device, software or equipment reasonably required to access the Course.
4.3
You must:
provide accurate and current information when purchasing or accessing the Course; and
keep your account details up to date.
4.4
Some Course components may require you to create and maintain accounts with third-party platforms, software providers or service providers, which may:
involve additional fees, subscriptions, transaction costs or other charges, which are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise;
be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by the relevant third-party provider;
require you to obtain, maintain or use the relevant service in order to access or fully participate in certain Course components; and
limit or prevent your ability to access or fully participate in those Course components if you fail to obtain, maintain or use the required third-party service.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any resulting limitation, interruption or inability to use a Course component where this results from your failure to use or maintain a required third-party service.
5. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
5.1 Online and Live Event Purchases
Where you purchase the Course online or at the live event referred to in clause 1.3(c), no cooling-off period applies to that Transaction.
5.2 Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances
Where Fortuna One agrees, in its discretion, to provide a refund in circumstances where you are not otherwise entitled to a refund under these Terms or applicable law, Fortuna One may retain up to 30% of the amount paid to cover administration, processing and related costs.
5.3 Telephone Purchases
Where you purchase the Course by speaking with a member of the Fortuna One team via telephone:
you may cancel that Transaction within 10 business days after the date of purchase and receive a full refund of amounts paid for that Transaction, provided that the Course has not been used or accessed;
any cancellation request must be made in writing to support@fortunaone.com.au within 10 business days of the date of the relevant telephone Transaction;
where a refund is approved under this clause, Fortuna One will process the refund within 30 business days, subject to any processing requirements of the relevant payment provider; and
this cooling-off right applies only to Transactions completed by telephone with a member of the Fortuna One team and does not apply to Transactions completed online or at the live event referred to in clause 1.3(c).
5.4 Subsequent Communications
A subsequent telephone call, communication or interaction with you after an online purchase or a purchase made at, during or in connection with the live event referred to in clause 1.3(c) does not, of itself, convert that Transaction into a telephone sale or otherwise alter the nature of the original Transaction, subject always to the operation of applicable law.
5.5 Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee
Notwithstanding clause 5.1 or 5.3, the Course includes the following 100% Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee:
If, at the end of Day 1 of the Freedom Operating System Workshop, you do not feel that you have received value from the first day, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for the Course, no questions asked.
To request a refund under this satisfaction guarantee, you must:
speak directly with a LimitlessX team member at the conclusion of Day 1; and
request the refund before leaving the venue on Day 1.
If you request a refund in accordance with this clause 5.5, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the Course. Please note that any access or bonuses applicable to this purchase will be revoked.
6. RESALE & TRANSFER
6.1
Your purchase and Course access are personal to you.
6.2
You must not resell, transfer, assign or otherwise provide your Course access to another person without our prior written approval.
6.3
You must not provide another person with access to:
your Course account;
your login details;
Course materials or other Course resources.
6.4
Where a purchase is made on behalf of another person, the person identified at the time of purchase must be the participant unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1
All Course materials, content, presentations, workbooks, videos, recordings, documents, systems, processes, methodologies, software, trademarks and other intellectual property supplied as part of the Course remain our property or the property of our licensors.
7.2
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use Course materials solely for your own personal education and participation in the Course.
7.3
You must not:
copy, reproduce or distribute Course materials;
sell, license or commercially exploit Course materials;
share Course materials or access with another person;
publish Course materials online or through social media;
use Course materials to create or operate a competing training program;
reverse engineer, modify or commercially exploit any software, technology, system or tool provided as part of the Course; or
disclose confidential information obtained through the Course to another person where that information is not publicly available.
7.4
You must not record, screen capture, photograph or otherwise reproduce Course sessions, presentations, coaching sessions, webinars or other Course content without our prior written consent.
8. PRIVACY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
8.1
We collect and use personal information for purposes including:
processing your purchase;
providing the Course;
communicating with you;
managing your account; and
delivering related services.
8.2
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
8.3
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.
9. RISK, DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
9.1
The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes.
9.2
The Course does not constitute personal financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.
9.3
We do not guarantee any:
income;
profit;
financial result;
business result;
investment return;
personal outcome; or
other result
from participating in or implementing information provided through the Course.
9.4
You acknowledge that the results achieved by participants may vary depending on numerous factors, including individual circumstances, experience, resources, implementation, market conditions and other factors outside the control of Fortuna One and the Training Provider.
9.5
Any testimonials, examples, case studies or representations of results are illustrative only and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
9.6
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortuna One, the Training Provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss arising from or in connection with the Course.
9.7
To the extent permitted by law, Fortuna One and the Training Provider do not warrant that the Course, its content, platforms, software or services will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.
9.8
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1
We are not responsible for any delay, interruption or failure to provide the Course caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.2
This may include:
natural disasters;
pandemics;
government restrictions;
venue closures;
industrial disputes;
internet or technology failures;
power outages;
third-party platform failures; or
other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.3
Where reasonably possible, we will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative method of delivery or reschedule affected services.
11. GENERAL
11.1
These Terms, together with the details of your Transaction and any other terms expressly incorporated into your purchase, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the Course.
11.2
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable:
that provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary; and
the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
11.3
A failure or delay by us to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
11.4
You must not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
11.5
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you in writing of any changes.
Any updated Terms will apply to future purchases and are reasonably necessary for your continued use of the Course.
11.6
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11.7
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
